The reception was terrible... More precisely, they didn't even greet me, just a crowd of young people standing at the reception, they didn't even open the door. No hello, no goodbye. They put me in a terrible room that I didn't book, it wasn't even in any of the photos! They spent a long time sorting things out, trying to convince me that the website supposedly had old photos and so on. In the end, they realized who they were deceiving and after an hour of sorting things out and another hour of waiting, they put me in the room I booked. And magically the photos matched, clean, tidy. The bed linen was torn, as was the blanket and pillows in a terrible state, the towels were also long overdue for a rest, but I already closed my eyes to that. The location is convenient for me personally. I walk everywhere, so all the parks, attractions and shopping centers are within walking distance. But I didn't go out anywhere in the evening, because the area is not for a single girl, it's unsafe. On the last day at the hotel the Internet didn't work at all... 50/50. Advice to the hotel: show hospitality to tourists and change the bedding for new ones.
